They have most likely read your earlier suggestions and those ideas might have been added to the development stream already, though I don't know that.

What I do know on the other hand is what they're asking for here and that's not vague references to earlier ideas but more defined pose suggestions with actions to go with them.

If some suggestions are just brief and with no effort put into them I don't think we can complain if they're not put into the poll later on either.
