Its a real shame, that Achat did not pick up on the opportunity for the flag costumes.  I think they would have sold very well and then some more on the forfeits.

If  I ever get the chance to beat Lover and HB, I think they would look great in the Red & White of St George.

In the meantime, I would probably collect a few, along with my taiwan swords 

Hint hint Achat –  the flag costumes should still be adopted, we have world cups, olympics, euro championships , eurovision song contest …  countries are all involved and we have lots of patriotic people.

I see  from your post you are using aggressive and hostile language and that is not the tone we like to set in forum.

Words such as –  “Understand?”  “I know you like to hear yourself talk? “  “Capiche?” are just some of the examples put in text to deliberately belittle people and make yourself sound superior. 

Another is to quote “laws” in a manner that suggests the readers are uneducated. We have people from all walks of life here and to make such assumptions is putting yourself on a pedestal.

Quote your laws by all means but do so in an informative manner to teach, not to belittle or harass.
Everyone is the same here.

If you have a gripe or disagreement about a person’s viewpoint, then argue it in a reasoned manner and not directly at the person concerned.
Everyone has a right to their religious beliefs as you do about having an opposing view.
Therefore post in a separate topic and show your beliefs and arguments evidencing those beliefs for an open and interesting discussion.
To try and belittle and name a person here, will cause you to be moderated and won’t be tolerated.

If you start an account and give it away, then obviously people will think you are one and the same until informed differently and if their behaviour upsets people, you are bound to get blamed and treated with suspicion. 

Definition of harassment is always an interesting point –  in simple terms it is behaviour to annoy or trouble constantly a person.  I won’t bother quoting more. Interested people can look it up.

And let’s make something very clear, as you seem to constantly quote outside authorities, here, in chat and elsewhere. You are not Achat Security, something you have lead people to believe.

Harassment is annoying. Arguments will occur in communities. Certain usernames will come up again and again.

The authorities are not interested in these low level spats, even though they may technically be breaking the law. Otherwise they and the courts would be inundated with investigations and never go home. 

There is also the question if it’s in the public interest and money.  Their time and tax-payers money is better spent on the more serious cases, as it should be, most of which make the news. I’m sure you have all heard of such cases, sexual harassment, revenge porn, stalking and such like.

Anyway back to the point in question –

Some players here, even ensure they become victims by continuing the dispute when actually all they have to do, is say their piece, agree to disagree and use the ignore button.

To then make further accounts,  or not follow the above advice and to continue the abuse  is childish and that’s when the Moderators may become involved and the matter reported to them or directly to Achat  through “Support” who will investigate the matter.  This could ultimately turn into a warning or temporary or permanent ban to this game.

The time for when other authorities should be involved is if the perpetrator oversteps the mark.  When the perpetrator starts to harass that person by other means, stalking them and finding out personal details, publishing them and continuing to do so when constantly asked not to.

That is breaking the law and I would encourage anyone who is subject of such victimisation to report it to the appropriate authorities.

However, it should not even get to that point here. We strongly advise, never to give out personal details, emails or even communicate by other means unless you can easily switch it off without recourse.  And to keep passwords private at all times. To leave yourself open to become a victim like this is not good practice.

Messages in Achat or Forum is quite adequate.  If you do communicate outside of this then take the adequate precautions to protect yourself. Find out their blocking policies. It’s common sense.  Achat cannot help you if you are harassed outside of here.  If in doubt, don’t do it. 

You have mentioned certain players and again, although I do not condone such behaviour, this is a sex site and by definition will attract people who do not have the same subtleties as others.

Rude people can again be ignored by using that magic “Ignore” button.

You also have to be aware that people do role play and act out their fantasies here.  Whether you agree or not, these can be rape scenarios, sadist tendencies whether that is physical or emotional pain and abuse and even incest. Some play at being prostitutes and like this seedy side. 

There are numerous kinks and fetishes that others may find abhorrent. There are many examples how people get their sexual kicks. We do receive complaints about this but on many occasions tolerance is key here.

If you don’t like it, don’t take part and if they don’t understand no, use the ignore button.
It’s quite simple really and stops issues going out of control.

You seem to use my name  and misquote me quite regularly, so let’s make this very clear as you seem to fail to listen to me on numerous occasions.

I am not Achat Staff or an Administrator. I am a Moderator here. I am a player like yourself who pays their yearly fee and was asked by Achat to become a Moderator. Moderators do not receive any reward or special treatment for this position.

I, like my fellow Moderators, take every complaint received about players seriously. Some can be resolved by communication. Those that are not, I ask for the chat logs to be sent to me or directly to Achat for investigation. Sometimes that results in advice, sometimes a temporary or permanent ban here and the game. That is a decision for Achat.
The Moderators cannot ban nor have the facilities to do so. We can only report our findings to Achat. 

On the whole, that works well.

Frankly, if you are the subject of any smear campaigns, I would strongly suggest, it is something you have bought on yourself. 

You have got involved in disputes that are frankly none of your concern and made those disputes worst.
You have constantly gone against my advice.
You have continued disputes when they could easily be resolved with the ignore button.
You have several accounts where the disputes have continued.
You  opened an outside blog whereby no one has cause to redress your claims,  put a tracker on that and published information of the unsuspected users.
And jumped to wrong conclusions and published players profiles and their edited conversations.
I have even made one of your pages.

All of which  is  hostile, morally wrong and invades their privacy here.  A privacy that is reasonable to expect in their private conversations.

You can say as much as you want that you are legally entitled to do so, but your behaviour is frankly wrong, unprofessional and will upset people.

If you now find yourself in a position, that so many players are against you, look at your own hostile and aggressive behaviour. You have made yourself a victim and relish the fact you have.

I have even tried to resolve your issues and you have placed me on ignore. You don’t listen and are unwilling to listen. Problems cannot be solved without communication.

I have asked you to direct your investigators to me and Achat time and time again. I will quite willingly speak to them.
No one has.

This behaviour is not in keeping with a professional and is probably why people are doubtful of your claims to be internet security.

Now, instead of continuing these disputes, why don't you just enjoy your time here …
