That's a shame as I always value authors efforts in the contest. 

I hope once you look at the theme in more detail,  you may just rise to the challenge, be inspired and may think of a way of incorporating a  theme you liked in a journey somehow.

There is always a way to tinker with an idea and watch it grow.

An independent  Adraste's Silver Coin  flipped who knew nothing of this matter and it landed heads.

Heads = Travel / Destination  which  will be  changed to  Journey as it incorporates both words and sufficiently describes the essence of that theme.  Stories can include the actual journey ( travel )  or the fact you have journeyed to the final destination and the story can include the place you have arrived at.  I do not wish to use the word travel due to a previously named theme in Contest 3 – Time Travel. 

The new Theme  for Contest 7 will be  JOURNEY

Stories can include the  Travel and Destination theme  such as a Camping trip,  Boating adventure ,  Stranded Island, Aeroplanes  or other transports, Outer space or maybe a personal journey into self discovery.
As long as a journey going somewhere or the end of a journey is included it will count.

Seems  the themes  cant be separated even now.

2:  to influence or lead by deceit, trick, or artifice
3:  to elude or thwart by or as if by outwitting
4:  to practice fraud or trickery
5 :  to violate rules dishonestly
6 :  to be sexually unfaithful —usually used with on
7:  to position oneself defensively near a particular area in anticipation of a play in that area

Hopefully that will silence any critics of 6  and yet allow 6 to be wrote about if wished.

Heads = Journey.
Tails  =  Cheat.

I will flip the Silver Coin of Destiny in due course.

3 is not really an option HB,  I want a clear theme for the poster. The losing one can be put forward as a suggestion for Contest 8.  I also would like the Contest to be kept free and neutral from any outside negative influences.
Any kind of association with  any topics, good or bad, is purely co-incidental and should not be associated with the  story contest.

I  will not allow nor condone  The Contest to get political or drawn into disputes or negative situations here, the game or The Square.
It is a fun contest for our writers to show what a wonderful imagination they have and for readers to enjoy their naughty imaginations and story telling.

It is and will remain neutral.

You cant  reset the password. You can only change it after using your old password of course.

If you have forgotten it or it has become compromised,  you need to contact ” Support”  and they will reset your password and email it to you.

On receiving it, you then use it to change it to your own unique password.

Ok guys ..  I cant have a joint winner here.   One it will make  my poor poster guy sweat  and I need to look after him for doing such a stirling job.

and 2  –   As Contest Manager  I can flex my muscles.

I shall contemplate and maybe flip a coin if need be.
