This sounds like a good idea to me although I am not savvy enough to know if it is possible as a yes and no option in a pose.

However, I agree with Concerto that the Pole dance is one where it should be made flacid.  I  also think that it should be removed in the hot legs & feet pose with the option of wearing underwear. ( I only know of the MF version, I presume the others are the same )

Now my views on it …

Being a role player,  and ensuring that the poses are worked into my scene, I am not sure, I would use generic phrases pre written. It is the words and description that make the poses hot and the room encounter with my partner unique.
