I'm using free antivirus (hbv antivir) and it was browser protection. After reactivating it, everything is working now

icebox (another german member) and I have the same troubles with gifting system. we just get the red empty background when we have chosen a member to gift. I also tried it with different browsers, updated windows 8 several times, restarted… I'm having this issue for weeks now and have sent a ticket to support yesterday. If there are any news, I'll let you know.

Just checked it, it's the same with character picture for me.
