The ignore list is placed on your own harddrive. Open AChat folder. You find the file in ………personalignorelist.bin' – it will be generated when you put the first person to this list.

I have seen them in the german version but cold watch it again and again. You can see what you can do with alent, an idea and much work. Awful.
