10yes it is indeed a Polar Bear. The purple color is due to the treatment of the animal that had a skin condition.
Purple is not a normal color and does not happen often at all for them but here is one that can occur a bit more.
The green is actually algae growing in the hair follicles that they had gotten while swimming.

nope not an ape and LOL Richard this is a real animal not from a cartoon. Will share the reason behind the purple color once it is guessed. This is one of the weird happenings in the animal kingdom
