I can’t log in into Achat or Online. So, I don’t even know if all my clothes, positions have been deleted, but I can log in here.
Earliest time this started is about 4:30 pm U.K Time. (Mentioned in the Discord Channel Achats Town Square).
This sort of down time has happened before, but a long time ago. When the old Town Square was about and that has been a long time ago and it was a server error, but nothing like this.
Tried to log into the website and I got this message,
Invalid query: select * from log_login_wrong where ip=”My IP Address” and dt > DATE_SUB(NOW(),INTERVAL 1 HOUR)
My I.P Address was my actual I.P address, so I removed it.

Log in On Home Page. Using Username and Password for Achat itself.
Go to Character Picture Upload.
You have tick the box about taking responsibility of the Pic.
Scroll down and Choose File.
Find file and then you be able to choose which part of the pic you want with the selection box on Left hand side Pic.
When happy with selection Press Save Selection.
BE WARNED!!!! IT COSTS 99A$ PER PHOTO, AND WHEN IN MANAGE UPLOAD PICS YOU CANNOT DELETE THEM. This is known to the Achat Team.
