You may well have tried it already but it may be a process of elimination. Have you tried it with the different cap settngs?

If you have then the other thing to do  is report it through "Support" above,

Achat will send you a new password to your email account.

Vaughan is right.  If you are still unable to access your account,  report it to "Support" who will send a new password to the email you have already registered with Achat for security reasons.

Let us know how you get on.
