In Support is a board called Quick-Start Guides. It includes a quick-start guide for the game in several languages but also help for forum. You find how to add pics to threads and to your profile, how to add polls, how to take screenshots and everything you have to know about pm (personal messages).
I just added an useful help for pm - pop up info.
If you want to get this pop up, you also have to enable this in your browser.
