I need to clarify some things here...these are not my original ideas, they are things Ive learned....in his book "The End of Racism" Dinesh D'Souza presents this...a young black man, dressed in ''gangsta attire"(abridged to get to the point) waves down a taxicab at 3 am...just past this young man is another black man of approximately the same age dressed ''very nicely''. The cab driver passes by the first and picks up the second man. When questioned about it...the cab driver says...look at him...look at who I picked up....which would you pick up? The term escapes me...yes its a prejudice but not based on race but appearance. The cab driver was a black man as well.
Fox news has been accused of a lot of things...much like the tea party was accused of calling a black congressman n*****, all networks carried the story, not one retracted when the video was shown and the word was not said nor was the congressman spit on as alleged...you show me a non-biased news agency in the US and I'll show you a 22 inch penis that dances and sings in greek.
As for the state religion thing...The US Constitution promises that we will have no Federal religion, they didnt so much mean religion as they did what we call denomination these days....the Founders all acknowledged the existence of a Supreme Creator...so for all the pushing of all things spiritual or religious out of our society is an affront to the people that formed this great country. States on the other hand MAY have a state religion, that is dependent upon the state's constitution. Does it violate one's rights? Not sure, BUT, you are also free to leave that state. A state having its own chosen religion in no way violates the US Constition based solely on that, the choice, dont like the religion of one state...move to one you do. That actually was a big factor in how the colonies were divided into states. Recently a judge ruled that the NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER is unconstitutional, Im not a judge but I can tell you thats just ridiculous, I've NEVER in my life been forced to pray.
If others find strength and comfort in prayer whats the problem?

I think the most annoying part is the cold invites which we all get...it would be nice if they could make it so you would have to have at least some kind of interaction before the invite...tho for some with rape fetishes the cold works well...I dont think every hello is spamming....spamming would be the hellos to 20 people that when responded to end in ....Im Busy, etc etc etc....I like your filter idea but I also know after years of being an online chatter, there are many people I have met that if I had a friends only filter up...I wouldve missed out on meeting some great friends....at the risk of being an asshole and Im not advertising for any of the ''social'' 3d chats...but when I joined ACHAT it was clearly laid out...this is a chat designed SOLELY with the intent of bringing folks together for SEX, not comparing recipes or room color choices...it seems many are using ACHAT to socialize and tho youre free to do what ya want..its your life, might I suggest that if your goal is socializing...there are other programs you can use for that.

If a paying user's account was hacked, and subsequently restored, then she/he is allowed to play further, for now this is the policy.

no the post tom made in the other section is to inform us....this thread is to discuss said threat...is it a problem Im calling for action?...I reported her and shes still here....so I guess my satisfaction and other's security doesnt matter?....youve responded to janine dee and others concerning this...WARNED THEM not to help anymore...but I feel Ive been ignored...and yes thats what this thread is for.

let me clarify this for you guys......they didnt hack me.....I knew about the fake website....when Zoey85 sent the link I immediately sent the log to admin and exited the room....I'll say it once more....Ive got no response from the admins and Zoey85 is still in achat....my problem is this...I reported the person and I made her name known on the forum....if its a her at all with the rampant gender fraud thats allowed...why is this person not banned?...if they have the resources to make a new account...so be it...but ban the one that PAYING MEMBERS have reported, unless of course, you support them...which by their presence Im forced to believe that the admins dont have a problem with it...thnx for the warning and all but when I send you a chatlog do something about it

Adera...let me pose it to you like this......someone attempts to rob you...you call the police...the police take no action...dont reply to you at all....then when you shout to point out the person that tried to rob you is still there and possibly continuing the same behaviours...youre told youre being unreasonable...what is unreasonable is that every day since Zoey85 tried to scam me...they have been the first person that shows on my searches....now what Im saying is if achat is doing anything about this fraud....why is this person still there?...and here it comes...why arent you guys as pissed about this as I am? and yes I sent the chatlog to admin. it has exploited by atheists for years... and quite frankly the fact the utterance of the concept of "god" being forbidden.. rears now of a violation of the rights of free speech...but to counter your point a state cannot exceed authority of the federal law.
@Ardeur... just because a concept is old does not invalidate its underlying truth. Each person does indeed have a unique perspective of this universe... but I find that people are too wrapped up in the flash and swirl of life to truly ever ponder the fundamental concepts let alone embrace them. It is far easier to cast them aside or be told what to think, then focus a bit on their truths and impact,... how even the Decalogue is as pertinent today as it was in antiquity. Too many turn away at the first mention of "God" or Lord", think rather of the universal singular...
