Achat’s Support not working

Is anyone else having issues with Achat’s Support?

On the Support page it asks ….

Use this form to describe your problem. Please be specific in the sequence of steps that led up to the problem and describe the exact results.
All fields are required. Please use English.

The form is completed and after confirming the visual confirmation & hitting the send button

I get….

The request can’t be completed. Please correct the following:

Please retype the visual confirmation!

I do and its a never ending circle.

I am fairly happy it is not my end as I have sent many a request for forum services to be returned or amended without issue …
MMM unless that is the issue… and I have been disabled. What a Palaver!

I have no issue sending messages requesting support. I do, however, have an issue with actually getting a response from Support.

I’ve tried it too about a month ago and I had no trouble.

But, had no response from them
