    Achat has been doing some background maintenance.
    Try again to see if it works, if not send a message to “Support” and they should be able to help.

    Support can be accessed on the Menu bar at the top of this page.

    If your account has been inactive for 6 weeks and you have never paid to play, then Achat does have an automated system to remove those accounts from the game.
    If that is the case, you will have to create a new account.
    Only players who have paid on their account can reactivate their avatars by logging in again.

    Can’t log in and My Account Submission is Incomplete?

    I can’t login on the website it says Sorry, your submission is incomplete.
    And also In-game it shows me that i have 0 days left in my premium even though i have purchased 365 days on it on this account, i had the 3 days free premium from the game and i added an extra year but now it shows me i have 0 left yesterday it was 366.. but i can still go to poker for example and copy+paste texts is there a bug or something and i am still premium but doesn’t show me the count?

    It seems you are not the only one as you can see above.
    Achat asks the members effected to contact them directly via “Support”
    Support is on the menu bar top of this page.

    I have sent them a ticket on support anyway but the problem has been solved on its own, now I can see my premium days and can log in back too in the website thanks ^^
