Yes,  The countries are shared out between the volunteers ( Sweepers )  who agree to play and pay their donation ( Stake )  of 50A$ to Osiris_Forum.

Achat Gods have agreed to use Osiris_Forum.  They will be making the payments at my direction    Which means any gender can receive the winnings .

1  The Sweepers  gift 50A$  to Osiris _ Forum.   Once their Stake  money is confirmed as received, they are in the Sweep Stake.

2. Please PM me to confirm you have gifted Osiris_ Forum the above amount. This will then be confirmed.

3.  Once  the  Sweep Stake is closed to volunteers  , the countries will be shared out equally between them.

4. The Countries left over will remain in Osiris_ Forum's domain. 

5. The  Sweeper who has the Winning Country of the Eurovision Contest 2013 will win all the Stake A$ collected in this game.

6.  If Osiris_Forum has the Winning Country. Then the top placed country in play will be announced as the Winner & that Sweeper will collect the Stakes collected instead.

Think that's the easiest  & Fairest way to play Sweep Stakes on Forum.
