      have new email address but have forgot my password how can i get it back as i dont want to loss all my poses and clothes

        Hi Sonfi,
        Write to Achat “Support” on the menu bar top right of this page.
        Explain the situation and give your old email address and update your new one.
        You may have to answer some security questions to prove who you are.
        Achat should then send you a new password.
        Good luck and let us know how you get on.
