Yes, I got that, but your asking why there isn't one already so I tried to give you one reason as to why.
Hopefully they have a bj pose planned in future releases but we can't really now until it's released.
They might not want to make an pose that would only be good as an SS and SF pose, a bj pose for FF isn't much more than mental stimulation to those that are into that kink.
hentaiboy, it can be as simple as a missionary pose, one that is primarily made for MS first and foremost and not a converted pose even if it might seem the same at first glance.

I think that's because a SF bj pose wouldn't make a very good FF pose.
The raw mechanics of many poses can be applied to almost all combinations, there is after all an crab pose for MM, MF, FF and SF and the same thing goes for other poses.
I don't think the MM pose is the easiest to convert simply because the basic action is anal. The MM crab is a man making love to another man after all and converting that could turn out very wrong, in the worst case we'd have the FF 69 with dildos all over again but in another way and for MS.
No I agree with Unhealer, make an MS pose exclusively for MS and if they really have to take inspiration from somewhere they should take it from MF since that's where you have a man making love to a woman which, imo is very close to what I want in a pose.
