wishing all mothers a special day
you are the foundation of the world
without the love of a mother
everyone would turn out like mehugs and kisses to you all
your all much lovedand to my special mother
know i love you more than life itselfHi All again my sweet lady Jingerbird has just came up with a good idea as it looks after the first race that Mercedes with Lewis and Nicko are going to run off into the distance again.
For the tipping game instead of pick the winning driver (Lowis or Nicko)
A place number (eg 6) is drawn out of the hat and then we all bet on the Driver who finishes in that spot.
Just an Idea from Jingerbird
thanks for the great idea Jinger and Tango
i love that your thinking of great way to improve our events
and your idea is excellent and novelthat being said let me say that i doubt the mercs will run off
with the competition that easily based on my knowledge of the
F1, the other constructors will rapidly close the gap and make a race of itsecondly the tipping is already getting over complicated and we have quite
a few ppl who have paid for the season so such an alliteration after commencing
the competition isnt fair to them BUTwe can certainly run it as a stand alone comp in the square at each race
if we can find a volunteer to organise and run it???
looking at you here Tango and JingerBrandy and i do truly appreciate your enthusiasm and your ideas in
creating innovative ways to improve everyone's enjoyment of our events
thank you both for your participation and support for the event and the square*blushes* thanks LovingSir
and Congrats to you alsowishing you luck in the Malaysian GP
hope you join us in the tipping also
Thank you Colourful Covems for your question and participation
For the F1 race sweep
there will be a draw for each race held LIVE in the Achat Square
on the Wednesday prior to race day (everyone is welcome to attend)
http://www.achatsquare.chatango.com/
the draw is a double blind draw random driver and playersthe F1 tipping sweep you choose your own driver for each race
to be subbmitted to brandbee and myself by 7pm gmt
on the friday prior to raceday this allows you to use your skill in
predicting the winner. should you fail to submit your driver
choice by the deadline your previous driver pick will be used.Hope this clarifies the situation for you,
if you have further queries dont hesitate to ask furtherpythia gifted A$190 full season for tipping contest
driver selection will be submitted by 7pm friday prior to race
G'day TonyG,
Thanks for your idea, after consideration, we think this embodies the spirit of your idea in a simpler more manageable format.
A SWEEP TIPPING CONTEST FOR THE SEASON
This is a sweep and similar to footy tipping. If enough people are interested ( Minimum of 10 participants ) I would be prepared to run it. It offers unlimited entrants. It is non – profit making. All A$ collected will be used for prizes and maybe boosted by a bonus.
People choose their own driver, making it more a test of skill. You can choose a different driver for each race, if not chosen before the deadline – your previous choice will roll over to the next race if eligible.it would work like this
A$10 per race = 190 Achat Dollars for the season, 19 races
You choose your own driver
Points are awarded as belowPosition Points
1 = 25
2 = 18
3 = 15
4 = 12
5 = 10
6 = 8
7 = 6
8 = 4
9 = 2
10 = 1Pole Position = 10
The person who has the most points at the end of the season wins, or if two or more are equal, split the prize.
1st Prize = 60% of total Prize Pool
2nd Prize = 30% of total Prize Pool
3rd Prize = 10% of total Prize PoolWith 19 races left in the season making the maximum available points
19 x 25 for First and a possible 19 x 10 for pole = 665 for the season.NOTE:-
Drivers must be PM'ed to Brandybee and AusWoody
by 7PM GMT on the Friday prior to race.
LATE notifications are not eligible for the race .Expressions of interest are requested for F1 Sweep Tipping Contest.
and …
Don't forget the Malaysian Grand Prix sweep is now open for entrants
Same as our last one, gift Pythia $50 and PM Brandybee and myself (AusWoody) identifying the relevant Grand Prix and gift completed.
Post in this topic – F1 Grand Prix Sweeps – that you are participating, the Grand Prix and gift.
