It cannot be done due to the mechanics of the poses.

Male and female (shemale) avatars are different sizes and require a different set of parameters for the movements. Switch position utilizes the fact that the avatars are the same size. I am not certain but I would suspect switch position is not available under SF poses due to the genital differences.

The pose must be  totally rewritten. However it would be similar (maybe identical) to that used in a FM pose where a strap-on is used.

This is a primary reason for the discrepancy in numbers of the FM/MF poses
