Find the pic you like on the internet.   

1   Right click over the pic  and “Copy Image URL” 
2   Open up your reply box in the topic you want
3   Put your curser in the reply box and right click again. Paste. This copies the pic URL into your reply box.
4  High light the  URL  by using the left click and dragging your curser along the URL.

5  Go up to above icons and click on 2nd square –  “Insert Image”   Click on this and it will surround your URL with the appropriate brackets.
6  Click on preview below  and it should show the image  above your reply box for checking.
7. If it doesnt show the image correctly, check all the URL was copied and check it is in between the insert image brackets.
8 .  If it still doesnt show, it may mean the pic is copy righted and you will have to choose another similar image.
9 . If it does show,  write whatever text you want in the reply box.  Preview once again you are happy  and POST.
