“Whoa… Sweets!”  I exclaim… “There's a concert tonight at the AB&G!”  I go and secure some of the things around the campsite.

“C'mon girl… ”  I say… “get yourself dressed and we'll head out.” 

Amy gets dressed and ready to go.  We pile into the truck and start it up… that low rumble of the hemi, is like music itself.

“Hold on Sweets.”  I say to her, as Amy wraps her arms around mine.  “We're going out like we came in.”  I crank the radio up, put the truck in reverse… we back out a little… I straighten the truck out… put it in gear and hit the gas.

Stones and gravel fly as the tires spin for a bit before getting their traction…. and we take off away from Crystal Lake and make out way out of the country side.  Conway Twitty is blasting from the radio, singing “Tight Fittin' Jeans” as we weave through the brush and make out way out onto the main road.

“Won't be no cops on the road tonight.”  I say over the music… Amy turns the radio down a bit so we can have normal conversation levels. 

“Heheh.”  She giggles, “They're all at the concert.”

“You know… ” I continue… “we should homestead out there…. by the lake.  There's enough space.  I can get the dwarfs to lend a hand… maybe put up a small cabin.”

Amy snuggles in closer on my arm.  “Gotta love bench seats”

“We can also put some fencing up… make a small corral, then take the horses out there.”  I continue as we make our way to the AChat Bar & Grill.

Welcome back Janine Dee… 

Even though we've never formally met Miss Janine, I have read through all the old postings here in the Forum (I know… I have too much time on my hands, but it's something I recommend everyone do)… your posts always have substance to them and you are one of the ones who's opinion I valued.  So I for one, hope you stay.

For everyone… there's one thing to be considered when using the video connections… well… actually two.  Anything that gets put on the internet can be recorded or copied… and anything sent (such as what HB is proposing) can be intercepted, that includes SKYPE and any of the video conferencing programs… even e-mails for that matter.  That 's not to say that anyone would be targeting an individual, but there are unscrupulous types who troll the internet for such things, and once found, they will then target you, hoping for more. 

Here's to hoping that you will continue to post in the Forum Miss Janine, and continue to enjoy AChat.  Also, I'd love to read a story or two from you… and it don't matter if folks will know it's by you… I'm sure there was not much guessing about who wrote the robot stories.

Miss Brandy… check with your internet provider… here in the USA, most internet providers provide a virus/malware protection free of charge.  Mine does, and it's a pretty good one, and not obtrusive.  Maybe it's the same in the UK.

I can tell you which one NOT to get.  DO NOT get AVG.  They put a little piece into your registry that you have to go in and remove yourself.  The uninstaller will remove everything but that one piece, leaving AVG on your computer.

One of my favorites free programs is GIMP, for image editing… free and very useful.  Also, Paint.Net is good, too.

GLC Player is great for 3d rendering and modeling.

While Raquel Welch is mighty hot in the animal skins…  I've always been kind of partial to the Barbara Bach look from Caveman.

And even Shelley Long's costume had a certain appeal to it.

We're located near the head waters of the Missouri River.  Close to Three Forks

And we do have Canadian Lynx in the area, I'm just not sure of the markings.
