You are right ! That’s why I haven’t bought A $ yet. The situation is confusing. I have the money ready for A $ 10,000 from one week ago but I hesitate to do it because the situation is not clear!

Achat Support answered my inquiry yesterday by telling me to check the Gifts page. Do they think I did not do that already? Before writing to them? Writing to them is always a last resort.

So they owe me two sets of gifts. 1 set for the purchase of A$ and 1 set for having purchased a years subscription.

Thing is there is no way to check if I have received because they do not say what we get for what. So even should something miraculously show up somewhere I will never be sure that I have received what is due me.

Chaos. With no resolution.

When I bought A$ last night, there was a link to the gifts. It states

Buy A$, and get presents …like pose(s), cloth(es) and environment(s)! It’s active now.

The word active is the link to the gifts. You have to be signed in to see it and on your home page.

Because I bought 10 K I was awarded 4 gifts that I could choose for myself. One had to be a pose, even though I didn’t want one. I also bought some clothing which I’ll never wear, a room and some jewellery.

Although this is nice for the newcomer, I think people that have been here for a long time, our choices are limited because we have mostly gotten the items we want already.

I have NONE. And I have purchased 10,000 A$ on June 3rd AND spent 7,000 on a years subscription yesterday AND I still have ZERO gifts to choose from.

Attention! Among those gifts are things already bought and put as a gifts ! I have all the clothes and they put a lot of clothes in my gift ! Strange!

Yeah same here. Bought at year premium and got nothing for it. I guess I am not buying anything else, or adding any A$ to my account until this gets solved.

Also be aware that if you have the A$ funds in your account, you can accidentally buy addition subscription even if you have one currently in force.

There is no pop up box to ask to confirm your purchase, it just takes it and adds the days to your account.

I bought a years subscription 2 days ago and accidentally misclicked while looking at the prolong pop up box again. I bought a further 3 days by accident.

There should be a pop up confirmation box to confirm any purchase so mishaps do not happen.

And to add insult to injury… I have no gifts for either subscription!!!
