I have still not received a reply to 2 x emails about your issues.

I have now forwarded a third message asking for compromise and answers.

This is such a shame, Achat are not responding to us.

Personally, I do not think you designers and creators have been treated very fairly by Achat and then to just ignore requests for a compromise to resolve the matter does not show very good business sense to me.

I do not blame any designer or creator boycotting Achat until a response is made and efforts seen to resolve the matter.

I too have been disappointed a number of times by Achat’s lack of response and efforts to make this Forum more user friendly.
I have been asking for 3 Years now.
I would actually go as far as saying, the last forum may have been old fashioned but at least we had more tools than we have here. It’s a crying shame.

Don’t forget, this forum is the very platform where customers / Achat Members engage with Achat and give feedback positive and negative.
Yet these tools and our voices are severely restricted.

To neglect their customers and creators like they do, with no change will end in failure.

Wake up Achat, you are going to lose, the very people who actually care about your game and keep it interesting and relevant.
You have already lost members to your competitors.
Do not take your eye any more off the ball than you have, and lose even more.

Pay your Creators and Designers their dues and change the rules for a date in the future, so they get a choice to continue… or not.
Do not raid accounts and charge our talented members in retrospect.
You are way out of order stealing their money like this!
How can you make Creators and Designers have a negative balance?
Does this mean, if they pay to play or receive a gift, then you will swallow it up in the shortfall?
How can that be right?
Does this mean, any future designs or creations are being made for FREE to make up the shortfall?
How can than be right?
No one should be expected to work for free to improve YOUR game! Pay them their dues!
They should not be penalised for your New Join A$ 1,000 promotion. Use your own products for the Free enticement and deny new joins being able to use the creators poses and clothes designs.

You are treating your members with much disrespect and then failing to answers emails just exasperates the situation.
You need to improve your Customer Service and stop treating your members, who are also your customers as a low priority.

Achat Support is a joke, if you do not support and engage.

This matter needs to be resolved as a matter of priority. Achat, your future reputation depends on it.

I fully agree with the impact being hard Deharte. I do not think that our members clothes and poses should be a part of Achat’s A$1,000 promotion give-away that New Joins receive, if they penalise you like that.

The promotion should be restricted to Achat’s own creations only.
You should not pay for their promotion to attract members nor have your accounts raided without notice.
It’s a pay cut without notice and not good practice.
You cant agree payment, pay and then decide… that’s too much and steal the money back.
Name a business that does that?
Trade unions would be in an uproar!

Achat appear to have broken your contract for payment by raiding your accounts and changing the rules midway and without warning.

The date of the rule change should be current and advertised in advance, not retrospective.
This gives designers and creators the information to decide whether they continue working for Achat then or not.

Achat should refund all members, do the right thing and then advise on the date of the rule change so creators can pull their designs, poses and stop all together if they wish.

Come on Achat, where is your good will? Do not treat our talented and valued members in this way.

I tested the words in a topic title and discovered the problem word is ” Entering ”

I have no idea why.

But this word in the title causes the topic to default to the Achat Home Page.

You can see for yourself by trying to open the topics in this section.

Got any problems running AChat?

The top topic titles containing the word “Entering” will default to the Achat Home Page and the topics are not able to be opened.

I will leave up for a while and then delete the topics with an update in the “Useful things to know about Forum and How to Post” topic in “Forum News” Section.

So it does post ok in a reply post. So the issue is with the title.

Crashes when entering a room

I opened a new topic here in this section entitled “Crashes when entering a room” AND GUESS WHAT…. it defaults to Achat’s Home Page when you try to open it.

I think its a banned forum word. We just need to isolate which one.

It will be interesting to see if this post publishes in the topic. Does it include posts and / or titles?

I have reported this issue to Achat.
As new topics can be posted here and members have kindly created test topics. I can only think some words, unknown to us, may be banned and the default of Achats Home Page is then activated, similar to the Achat Game with profiles defaulting to “I LOVE ACHAT” when banned words are used.

Unfortunately as the topics go to the Achat Homepage, I am unable to edit the posts to approve or activate them again.
As you can imagine, my OCD is going into overdrive after spending so much time, tidying up the topics and forum.

I will be doing a few tests sometime today, to see if I can identify any banned words in forum. Watch this space! lol

Of course I will do everything to support you all.
You creators and designers are highly valued for keeping Achat interesting and well dressed.
All Members, I’ve spoken to agree and support you.

Achat have not answered me yet, so I have sent another message and will continue to do so.
This is far too important to be ignored.

Please get your friends to voice support in this topic too and write to support. We need to keep the momentum up and tell Achat this is an important issue.

This bad feeling is gathering momentum. Please don’t ignore the creators and your customers.
I’m sending my message again dated Tues 23 Jan 2024.
Please strongly consider reimbursing the creators and designers and have a specific date for the rule change in paying them. They can then decide if they wish to continue working for you within the new rules.
Please also seriously consider not allowing their designs or creations being part of the A$1,000 gift for new joins.
This seems to be the crux of the problem.

No one ever takes a wage cut very well but this seems particularly wrong.

Can we come to a compromise here?

Is is possible to reimburse the creators and designers to at least the date the new rules are implemented?
Just raiding the members accounts is just not right.
At least then these valued members are not blind-sided and know the rules at the time of creation & can decide to continue as a designer or creator for you.

Is it possible then, to stop new joins from buying members designs and poses until they reach Level 10? This way the cost of your A$1,000 promotion to New Joins is not passed on to these creative members and you only give away Achat designs and poses.

This way, the designers and creators will feel valued and not let down.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible and show good will to our talented members.
