Sorry you are all still having issues.
If you cannot resolve your issues in the game, there is an ignore button you can utilise.
If you feel the issues are more serious, then please let “Achats Support” know and forward your evidence.In the meantime if issues continue and you have obtained further chat logs or pics please send them to support too, using the “Support” next to “Shop” at the top of the page.

There is an anomaly when you open topics in this forum. For some reason, the first post does not show at the moment.
Its been reported but not corrected so until then, please post your original opening topic twice.
We can then read it.There is another anomaly too. In addition to this (which may be connected to the above issue) when you click to read posts that happen to end a page in a topic, it will take you to the fresh new page and not show the post. It may look to you as though the post has been deleted. It hasn’t.
To get around it, go to the board page section containing that topic. Its usually somewhere near the top of page 1.
Open the topic and click on the last but one page, and scroll to the bottom. The unread post should be there.
If you then post, it will go onto the new page and show.Thanks

Write to Achat “Support” on the menu bar top right of this page.
Explain the situation and give your old email address and update your new one.
You may have to answer some security questions to prove who you are.
Achat should then send you a new password.

Boxes 1 to 9 are known as the Achat A-Shop.
Box 10 is known as the B – Shop. These poses are made by Achat member players and are not such a high quality as the A-Shop which is reflected in the price. Generally they are cheaper than the A-Shop poses.Hi,
