I’m not sure exactly what the issue is but if the name was initially unused, it sounds like somehow you registered it even though it told you there was an error.
The only way for it to be recovered, is to contact “Support” on the menu bar, top of this page, with details of time and date created and if it is possible to recover. Hopefully Achat can resolve the issue for you.
Please let us know how you get on.

Another reason could be, that the name was in fact in use or had been in use at some point.
If this is the case, you will have to make a new account with another name.

You can change your name on one occasion only and I believe it will cost you A$2,500
You can do this by sending your request via Support on the menu bar, top of this page.

Achat will debit your account once it is done.
I do believe however your friends and ignore list will not transfer over, so make a note so you can add to your new named avi account.

You cannot delete old Achat accounts, however after about 6 weeks inactivity, the account will disappear from the game.
Accounts that have never been paid for will be automatically deleted by Achat.
Accounts that have been paid for on at least one occasion can be reactivated by just logging in again.
So if you want the account to remain inactive, just dont log in.

Please report the matter to Achat’s Support on the Menu bar at the top of this page.
They should be able to advise you to resolve the matter and please let us know what they say.

Hi,
Achat has been doing some background maintenance.
Try again to see if it works, if not send a message to “Support” and they should be able to help.

Support can be accessed on the Menu bar at the top of this page.

If your account has been inactive for 6 weeks and you have never paid to play, then Achat does have an automated system to remove those accounts from the game.
If that is the case, you will have to create a new account.
Only players who have paid on their account can reactivate their avatars by logging in again.

I’ll probably buy the lot as will most guys.
We are crying out for better street clothes.
I rarely buy/wear the fetish type clothes, unless its for a bet LOL.

I really do love that design.
Do something similar with a crew neck and that will be another top seller.

That would be great, maybe do two versions of a shirt, short and long with each buy.
I have some great suits and jeans with belts so like to show them off instead of having them covered all the time.
It would be nice to have the choice of in or out with a belt 🙂
