Hi,

Report the clone to each game you are in and in which they copy you. Hopefully the game should remove the clone.

In Achat take a pic of your profile  and then the cloned profile and point out the differences

Report it to Achat   using Support on the menu bar above next to shop.

I use Light shots to take pics. You can download it for free. Then to get an http address i use imgur. Again you can set up an account for free.

After you have done that, send in your complaint to support with pictures and then also post  the pics here so you friends can see the clone and the real you. Point out the differences to look for in the profile.

Tell you friends a password or security question to use so they know it is you when you message or chat. If the clone does not know the password or answer, tell your friends to put that account on ignore. The clone cant message them then or chat to them.

Probably an alt from a bored player messing with you.

Name and shame him.  We can all be aware of him then and complain too

Thats was a regular  feature at one time in public rooms

if you have light shots, take  his pic and report his actions along with the pic to support.
Get the others to do the same.
The more complaints that corroborate your report the better.

You did the right thing, just put him on ignore.

This one is the hardest to do of all but it does work.

Clearly the goal of the culprit is to annoy you, disrupt you and your friends and spoil your game.
So dont engage at all.  Dont acknowledge him, dont react to him, except to turn your backs – this is best done on the edge of the room so he cant get behind you. 
Turn your avi round, Then use the dial on your mouse to move you camera so you can see your friends or the view you want.

If you do this and do not enagge him, hes got no where to go, he cant annoy you and when this dawns on him,,, he will go to annoy others who do react to him.
