If you get an answer in a couple of hours .. that’s really lucky and unusual.
They can take weeks to answer on occasions.
Mostly members help each other out if its a query about the game but development issues such as poses and clothes need to be answered direct by Achat.

As well as sending your query to their email, also send a copy to “Support” then hopefully you will be answered by a member of staff who is covering, if the person you emailed is on holiday.

When you click on Bid, it leads you to a web page

Bidding starts at “Your bid” with a drop down menu of A$ credit 200 and then rises by AS200 a time
until the maximum bid of A$6,000

Bid is found top right, above where members are listed in the game.

It may be that your antivirus or firewall is preventing the game from opening.

Check that AChat_setup.exec and Achat Version Updater is allowed through.
