Thank you for your kind comments.

Achat is renowned for not always answering their customers straight away, myself included.
They have been extremely busy with the Big awaited update so just keep sending in repeat requests every two weeks till they answer.
I hope once the update is complete, they will take steps to improve their Customer Service.

I think you are right. The double forum account glitch when Forum first opened was eventually corrected by Achat.
But they must have left the duplicate accounts trace in the forum records.
I cannot access my duplicate though. Its effectively dead.
